“Do I have to be local?”

No. This is a service that can be utilized by anyone. Assessment and support are provided via email. This is particularly useful for people who may not have a gym or personal trainers available in their area.

“Is this a membership?”

No. There is no recurring fee. Pay once for the initial assessment and plan, and buy more time for follow-up support as you need it. You decide how much or how little you need.

“Do I need to see my doctor first?”

We recommend that you consult your doctor, as you would when making any changes to your activity level and nutritional intake. Information your doctor can provide for you will be valuable in assessing your needs and creating your plan.

“What if I have special needs?”

Brian has extensive experience working with people who have special needs, including people with autism and developmental delays, and cancer survivors. Your needs are important, and will be taken into consideration.

“Can I contact you at any time?”

At any point during the four week period you have paid for, you may contact us via email. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Requests requiring extensive research may take us slightly longer, in order to provide you with the most complete and accurate information.

“Do I have to get more follow-ups, once my first four weeks have expired?”

ONLY if you want to! Once you have your plan, it’s yours. If you need more support, or find your needs have changed, that’s when you can get four more weeks of further help and recommendations.

“Is this better than a fitness app?”

Fitness apps are great, and make it easier than ever to track meals and calorie expenditure. But your app only knows numbers. Your plan is personalized information just for you. Brian will be creating a map, and you can use the apps to help you on your journey.

“Do I have to agree to a waiver?”

You must agree to our Terms of Service Agreement before you make a payment. The bottom of the Terms of Service page has an Agreement button that will take you right to PayPal.

“Are you covered under HIPAA regulations?”

No. We are not a health care provider, as defined by the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Your information will be viewed only by Brian Cassick, and by the site admin. We will never share your information with any other person or entity.
