Brian Cassick is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also a National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach. He has worked in the field of wellness for over ten years. His knowledge and enthusiasm have created a tremendous professional following. His passion for research, and gift for simplifying scientific terms and study results, allow his clients to put new information into daily practice.
Brian also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from State University College at Buffalo. His expertise in critical thinking has made him an ideal personal trainer and wellness consultant.
Brian practices martial arts, and teaches Tai Chi and Qigong. He enjoys camping, hiking, and home improvement. He lives in Buffalo with his wife, their children, and several furry friends.
